3.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use any services on dan999. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. Dan999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the Player fails to satisfy the age verification requirements.
3.2 Registration Requirements
To register a dan999 Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as required during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, a valid email address, and a Pakistani mobile number. You are required to notify dan999 promptly of any changes to your registered information.
3.3 One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold only one Account on dan999 at any given time. Registering or operating more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
3.4 Geographic Restrictions
Dan999 primarily targets players based in Pakistan. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own legal risk and may be restricted from accessing certain features. Dan999 reserves the right to restrict or refuse access to any player based on geographic location.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dan999 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Dan999 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or telephone.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify dan999 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your Account. Dan999 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your Account credentials where such loss results from your failure to maintain adequate security of those credentials.
4.3 Account Verification (KYC). Dan999 may at any time require you to complete an identity verification process ("Know Your Customer" / KYC). This may include providing copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and evidence of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by dan999 may result in Account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests.
4.4 Account Dormancy. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant by dan999. Dan999 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant Accounts, with prior notification sent to the registered email address.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. Dan999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), with the exception of USDT TRC20 which is converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.
5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to a Player's Account balance within seconds. Bank transfer deposits are subject to the processing timelines of the respective financial institution. Dan999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking systems.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by dan999 in the order received. Dan999 will process approved withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where operationally possible. Dan999 reserves the right to request KYC documentation prior to approving any withdrawal request.
5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions. Withdrawals shall not be processed where: (a) the Player has not met the wagering requirements associated with any active bonus; (b) the Account is under investigation for suspected fraudulent activity; (c) the Player has not completed required KYC verification; or (d) the withdrawal amount falls below the minimum threshold specified in the Cashier section of the Platform.
5.5 No Third-Party Payments. Players may only deposit from and withdraw to payment accounts registered in their own name. Dan999 does not accept deposits from third-party sources and will not process withdrawals to accounts not belonging to the registered Account holder.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by dan999 are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific promotion terms published on the Promotions page at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms, all bonus funds awarded by dan999 must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's specific terms. Wagers placed on certain game categories may contribute at reduced rates or not at all toward wagering requirements.
6.3 Bonus Validity. All bonuses awarded on dan999 carry an expiry period, after which any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from the Account automatically. The validity period is specified in the relevant promotion terms and begins from the date the bonus is credited to the Account.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. Dan999 reserves the right to withhold, forfeit, and reclaim any bonus funds and associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Player or group of Players has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: the use of multiple Accounts to claim a welcome offer more than once; structured wagering designed to minimise risk while completing wagering requirements; and collusion between Players in bonus-eligible games.
6.5 Dan999 Loyalty Program. Participation in the dan999 Loyalty Program is subject to additional terms published on the Loyalty Program page. Dan999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Loyalty Program at any time with reasonable notice.
7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on dan999 are subject to the Platform's Sportsbook Rules and, for casino games, the applicable game rules published by the relevant game provider. A bet is not accepted until a confirmation message is displayed to the Player. Dan999 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.
7.2 Obvious Errors. Dan999 reserves the right to void any bet or series of bets placed at odds that were clearly published in error, including where a technical fault, pricing error, or data feed failure has resulted in odds that do not reflect the genuine market price. In such cases, the stake shall be returned to the Player's Account in full.
7.3 Bet Settlement. Bets are settled in accordance with the official result published by the relevant governing body for the sport or event in question. For PSL and other cricket markets, the Pakistan Cricket Board's official result shall be treated as conclusive. Dan999 reserves the right to delay settlement where official results are disputed or under review.
7.4 Live Betting. Live in-play bets placed on dan999 are subject to the same rules as pre-match bets. Dan999 cannot guarantee uninterrupted live betting availability and accepts no liability for bets that could not be placed due to technical interruptions during live events.
7.5 Casino & Slot Games. All casino and slot games available on dan999 are subject to the rules defined by the respective game providers. Players accept that all outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems and that no manipulation of game outcomes is possible by either the Player or dan999.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dan999 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to the relevant authorities:
9.1 All content, software, design elements, logos, trademarks, trade names, graphics, and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the dan999 Platform are the property of dan999 or its respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the dan999 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No other rights are granted.
9.3 Players must not copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, transmit, distribute, sell, or in any other way exploit any content from the dan999 Platform without the express written permission of dan999. Unauthorised use of dan999's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability.
10.1 Dan999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the dan999 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 Dan999 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect Player data, including SSL encryption of all data transmitted between Players and the Platform. Notwithstanding these measures, Players acknowledge that no online system is entirely immune to security breaches and use the Platform accordingly.
10.3 Dan999 does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with third-party service providers engaged by dan999 to operate the Platform — including payment processors such as JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and game providers — under appropriate data processing agreements.
11.1 Dan999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that help Players manage their gambling activity. All Players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available in their Account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
11.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to restrict their access to the dan999 Platform may request a self-exclusion of a defined duration or an indefinite period. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once confirmed, cannot be reversed before the chosen exclusion period has elapsed. During a self-exclusion period, dan999 will not send promotional communications to the excluded Player.
11.3 Minor Protection. Players must not permit any person under the age of 21 to access their dan999 Account or use the Platform in any way. Players who share devices with minors are advised to use password-protection and to log out of the Platform after each session.

12.1 Dan999 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dan999 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any of its content.
12.2 Dan999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with: (a) your access to or inability to access the Platform; (b) any bet or wager placed or attempted to be placed on dan999; (c) the conduct of other Players or third parties; (d) technical failures, data loss, or security incidents beyond dan999's reasonable control.
12.3 Dan999's total liability to any Player in connection with their Account, in any circumstances, shall not exceed the balance held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit dan999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by dan999's negligence.
13.1 Dan999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — and to withhold or void any outstanding balance — where a Player has, or is suspected of having, breached any provision of these Terms. Where operationally appropriate, dan999 will provide the Player with prior notice; however, in cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or other serious breaches, immediate action may be taken without notice.
13.2 Players may close their dan999 Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon voluntary Account closure: (a) any real-money balance will be returned to the Player's last-used payment method after satisfying any outstanding verification requirements; (b) any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited; and (c) the Account data will be retained in accordance with the dan999 Privacy Policy.
13.3 The suspension or closure of an Account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of such suspension or closure.
14.1 Dan999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material in nature, dan999 will provide notice to registered Players via the email address on record, or through a prominent notification on the Platform, with reasonable advance notice prior to the changes taking effect.
14.2 Amendments to these Terms that are minor, technical, or legally required may take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform without individual notice.
14.3 Your continued use of the dan999 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account in accordance with Section 13.2 before the amendments take effect.
15.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players who are residents of Pakistan acknowledge that they access and use the dan999 Platform subject to their own local legal framework and are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with any applicable local law.
15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the first instance, any dispute between a Player and dan999 should be directed to the dan999 Support Team via live chat on the Platform. Dan999 commits to investigating and responding to all formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
15.3 Final Decisions. Dan999's decision on any matter relating to the Platform — including the settlement of bets, the application of bonus terms, and the application of these Terms generally — shall be final and binding, subject only to demonstrable error on the part of dan999.
